A Story of Mindfulness
towards the product and process.

Before we invite you to the table, we invite you to the story.
Because this dinner doesn’t begin in the kitchen.
It begins with mindfulness: of the ingredient, the moment, the other person.
At the Polanka restaurant at Mövenpick, we believe that taste is born earlier than on the plate. In the scent of fresh herbs. In the texture of vegetables picked at their peak. In the decision to slow down and let the product resonate.
From farm to table is our daily practice. Calm, consistent, and sincere.
On February 20 and 21, we invite you to a special dinner,
which will become a dialogue between two outstanding culinary personalities.
Cooking with four hands will be:
Chef Andrzej Sawka and Chef Baptiste Denieul — a chef awarded a Michelin star. Each dish will tell a story of respect —
for the product, the process, and the time we will allow ourselves to pause that evening. Without hurry, with full presence.
This event has symbolic significance.
Polanka is the first restaurant in the Karkonosze Mountains to host a Michelin-starred chef.
But even more important is what happens between the kitchen and the table — the exchange of experiences, sensibilities, and perspectives on taste.
This dinner can also be an excuse,
to stay longer.
Weekend at Mövenpick Karpacz is a time to breathe. Mornings with a view of the mountains, peaceful walks, and an evening that naturally leads to the table at Polanka. Stop, allow yourself comfort and a celebration without hurry.
Book dinner and stay, and this February weekend will turn into an experience you will return to in your mind for a long time.
